Claudia brings professionalism, sensitivity and skill to her teaching of the Alexander Technique

Her individual practice is in central Brighton, with free parking. Her teaching room is a pleasant and relaxing setting where many - some with intractable problems - have been helped by her work. Through the Alexander Technique people can shed painful or uncomfortable habits, as well as gain greater ease and flow in all that they do.

A highly experienced practitioner, she trained under Patrick Macdonald - one of Alexander's Assistants. Claudia teaches mainly through one to one sessions and workshops. Since 2005 she has been a trainer on an Alexander Teacher Training course and taught at the Guildhall School of Music.

Claudia has been involved in an NHS research project for back pain which proved the effectiveness of this remarkable Technique (BMJ Video, Aug 08).

Her other qualifications include a BSc, a qualification in social work (CQSW), life coaching and an adult education teaching certificate. Overall she has a firm commitment to the benefits of Alexander Technique and a considerable range of experience in applying the work.
